Wifi Connected No Internet Access Windows

My wifi was connected but it was “limited” and rolling over the wifi icon said there was “No Internet Access”. When I ran the troubleshooting, it said that it “couldn’t identify the problem”. This was on a Windows 8 Dell machine:

I opened device manager

  1. Search > Settings > Device Manager
  2. Click Network Adapters
  3. Find the wireless device (mine was Intel Centrino Wireless) and right-click to open properties.
  4. Click Driver tab
  5. Click Disable
  6. Click Enable
